I started writing stories as a child, and even then, I preferred tales of dragons, princesses and castles. There were many writing competitions I submitted my work to as a child, and as an adult, the passion has continued. I was a writer for NerdBot, publishing listicles and opinion pieces on all things nerd-centric.
I still enjoy fantasy novels, and, like a lot of women, I am not so patiently awaiting the next ACOTAR book. Fantasy has been what got me through tough periods in my life, and has become something I bond with my own nerdy children over.
What I hope to do with A Veil Between Realms is create a fresh new take on fantasy and strike a chord with fellow dreamers, because what is life if not a fantasy of our own design?
